How long does it take to get my purchase?
We ship within 5 days, unless the item is listed as "Special Order". Delivery takes 1-6 days depending upon distance from Gainesville, Georgia.

How will my item(s) be shipped?
All items are insured and shipped by either US Postal Service, UPS Ground or Airborne/DHL. Aerosol cleaners, filter cleaners, chemical shock and bromine sanitizers are listed as "Hazardous Materials" and can only be shipped by ground service. Delivery may take longer on orders containing these items.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Select PayPal as your form of payment. You do not need a PayPal account, select "Pay without opening a PayPal account".

Do you offer a shipping discount on multiple item purchases?
Yes. We use combined shipping weight tables. We list the shipping weight of each item in the listing. We also list the first item "shipping cost" and a "add'l cost" in every listing as a quick estimate. To calculate the combined shipping weight at checkout, please use the following table: 0-1 lb = $7.99, 1-2 lb = $9.99, 2-4 lb = $10.99, 4-6 lb = $11.99, 6-8 lb = $12.99, 8-10 lb = $13.99, 10-12 lb = $14.99, 12-14 lb = $15.99, 14-16 lb = $16.99, for each add'l 2 lb over 16 lbs, add $1.

Why is shipping so much on small items?
eCrater shipping tables have a 1-lb minimum, so you pay the same shipping cost for a 4-oz item as you do a 1-lb item. For this reason, we offer a "Quick Buys" category where we have set a flat postage fee. Use Quick Buys if you are purchasing items like Test Strips or Scum Sponge and no other items.
